Joy Agee joined the Myers Lab in 2011 to look at luminal and basal forms of breast cancer as a model to study the biology of certain transcription factors better known to associate with the estrogen receptor. She earned her BS in Biology from Spellman College and her MS in Biology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is currently working on her PhD in Biotechnology, Science, and Engineering, also from UAH. In addition, she is an NSF graduate research fellow.
